Best Practices for Interpreting Miranda Warnings

When interpreting Miranda Warnings, it is best practice to call a Certified Legal interpreter who possesses the Specialist Certificate: Legal (SC: L) certification. This highly qualified interpreter will take special precautions to ensure he or she is videotaped by Law Enforcement in order to have a recording that may later be used in Court to verify the accuracy of the interpretation for Due Process purposes.
